Let’s have some fun with a little bit of exercise as we enjoy this Easter season!

Repeat this set 3-5 times with a minute of rest between each set.

10 “bunny hops” (jump in place)

10 “injured leg bunny hops” (single leg hops, complete both legs)

10 “dizzy bunnies” (hop side to side over an imaginary line)

10 “squatting bunnies” (squat and jump up)

10 “strong bunnies” (pushups)

10 “fighting bunnies” (alternating forward punches)

10 “short bunnies” (calf raises)
