Have you ever tried a simple mix of overnight oats for breakfast? It is exactly what it sounds like…. oats that sit overnight and are ready to eat in the morning! Below is a yummy recipe I have personally enjoyed, but there are so many options out there that you can try!

Do you personally have your own favorite flavor!? Comment below what your favorite type of overnight oats consist of!

Ingredients:

⅓ cup rolled oats

1 Tbsp chia seeds

2 Tbsp shredded coconut

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

6 chopped strawberries

1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)

1 handful of granola

Directions:

In a jar or bowl (any container that can seal air tight), combine the oats, chia seeds, shredded coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, and almond milk. Stir to combine and place in the fridge to soak overnight.

In the morning, stir in some of the chopped strawberries and vanilla protein powder (optional). If the mixture is too thick, add some more almond milk.

Top with more fresh strawberries and granola to serve. ENJOY!
