It is good to be back on the DIG Wellness Blog! This year has been a busy one so far, and I can’t believe it’s already summer! I am excited to announce the upcoming blog series on vitamins and minerals. We are going to take a look into:

Most individuals get the recommended amount of vitamins and minerals from the foods they eat. It is better to get these nutrients from food sources rather than a pill.
