Katie, these look really cool! And exhausting! What exactly is a jump lunge?
Alex, a jump lunge is when you start in lunge position and jump straight up while switching feet before you land back on the ground. For example if you start with your right leg in front when you jump in the air switch to bring your left leg in font, then repeat. Hope this helps!
