The Walker Fat Burner Treadmill Workout

This 15-minute workout will provide all of you walkers a great incline challenge.  Not only will your heart rate rise to help burn up that extra fat. Incline challenges are a great way to shape up your backside! You start with a 5-minute warm-up and then walk a steady state pace, changing the incline throughout. Remember to use your arms and keep your abs tight as the hill increases. Enjoy the walk!
