Protein Balls – Halloween Edition

Servings: 12 servings, 2 balls each

 

Ingredients:

¾ cup smooth peanut butter

¼ cup pumpkin puree

¼ cup honey

¾ cup dry rolled oats

3 scoops vanilla protein powder

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

2 Tbsp. chocolate chips (mini works best)

12 small pretzel sticks

 

Instructions:

Mix the peanut butter, pumpkin puree, honey, rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, and cinnamon in a medium size bowl.

After mixing well, shape mixture into 24 evenly shaped pumpkins.

Arrange chocolate chips in protein balls to resemble a face. Stick a pretzel piece into the top of each protein ball to make a stem.

Place in airtight container; refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.

Enjoy and store remainder in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
