Try Group Boxing… talk about a lot of fun! Learn basic boxing techniques and routines with your co-workers. Not only is boxing a great exercise, it is an opportunity to learn self-defense as well.

Meet our Group Boxing Instructor Tarrence:

Tarrence has worked for Passare for over 2 years and teaches Group Boxing. Tarrence has always been interested in physical activity, especially fighting. He understands the importance of technique and boxing basics. He believes that boxing is a great way to burn calories and is an excellent form of cardio.

 

Tarrence’s classes are held Monday (12:30pm), Tuesday (5:30pm), and Friday (12:00pm)! Join him sometime!
