Whether you happened to miss our first round of Taste it Tuesday yesterday, made it and loved it so much, or you happen to not work in the Home Office; check out the recipe we used to make Acai Bowls below!

 

Acai Bowl

Ingredients needed:

1 acai frozen packet (I found ours at Walmart)

1/2 of a banana

1/4 of a cup of cut strawberries

A splash of apple juice (no more than 2oz)

 

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together for 30 seconds or less. IT SHOULD BE THICK(ish)

Place into a bowl and add toppings of your choice!

OPTIONAL: Top with a spoonful of granola, coconut flakes, and/or a handful of cut fruit. Some even decided to drizzle it with honey!
