Whether you happened to miss our third round of Taste it Tuesday today, made it and loved it so much, or you happen to not work in the Home Office; check out the recipe we used to make our own Fruit Rolls below!

Fruit Rolls

Ingredients:

Fruit of your choice

6 Rice paper wraps (Link from Amazon)

¼ cup chocolate chips

¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions:

All fruit that is chosen needs to be peeled, cut, quartered, and made into small slices or matchsticks.

Using a large bowl full of warm water – soak the rice paper wraps for about 20-30 seconds. Once you did the first half inside, turn it as like you are turning a steering wheel. The wrap should be pliable, but still slightly firm, as it will soften while you put the filling. Put the rice paper wrap smooth side down and arrange the fruits on one half of the wrap.

Using the cut fruit, fill the pliable wrap with the fruit of your choice creating a center filled mound of fruit. Do not overfill! Once you are done, gently roll one side over, then the ends, then the final side to create a perfect closed fruit roll!

To make the chocolate sauce for dipping (I did this part for you), heat the heavy cream in the microwave for 30 seconds or so. Pour it over chocolate chips and let it stand for a minute. Stir until smooth. Use as a dip for your fruit roll!
