This week we are featuring another employee – Cody Forrester! Cody works in Operations as a Document Processing Processor and has been with the company for almost 1 full year!  Read through what he had to say about his current wellness journey in our question and answer session.

 

 

What is your weekly exercise routine?

Lifting, Cardio and hiking at the ranch on the weekends.

What is your favorite part about exercise?

The time alone to think and release stress.

Where are you currently seeing success?

My strength and endurance. I am able to hike longer and lift more.

If someone wanted to start their own journey – how would you encourage them?

Keep grinding. Your own mind is your obstacle. Make it a habit to want to change and do better every single day. Give 110% in everything you do.

 

 

If you have found yourself already frustrated at the beginning of a new month – remember every day is a new day! Pick a new intention for February and start making progress toward your health goals. Cody uses his time during his lunch hour to workout and he also uses his time on the weekend to put in some manual labor. Your workouts may not look the same – but your ultimate goal of taking care of your SELF… that is what we are all striving for!
