Complete 3 sets of the following exercises with as many reps as possible:

30 sec Superman 

30 sec Wide Push Up or Knee Push Up  

30 sec Contralateral Limb Raises  

30 sec Tricep Push Up or Knee Push Up  

30 sec Downward Facing Dog  

30 sec Wide Push Up or Knee Push Up

30 sec Crunches  

30 sec Tricep Push Up or Knee Push Up

**** 30 sec break
