30 sec Lateral Walks (Side to Side)

 

30 sec Jumping Jacks

30 sec Inchworms (Walk out to plank and then back in)

 

30 sec Jumping Jacks

30 Sec Left Side Dirty Dog (Lift up then back down)

30 Sec Right Side Dirty Dog (Lift up then back down)

30 Sec Jumping Jacks

30 Sec Bear Crawl (Forward and Backward)

30 Sec Jumping Jacks

30 Sec Calf Raises (Up and Down)
