Have you seen the Resistance Bands with handles or the Loop Bands in the DIG Wellness Center? Are you wanting to try something new in your workout or switch it up completely!? We have 11 resistance bands with handles available in red and black. These are hanging on the far side of the wooden cabinet (closest to the garage door) behind the kettlebell rack.

We have 12 loops bands available in many colors and tension weights. These are located inside the wicker baskets that sit on the open shelf of the wooden cabinet (closest to the garage door).

 

Check out the ideas below for some basic moves to use these equipment pieces with. Almost any move that can be made with a dumbbell could be swapped out to use a resistance band or loop.

 

Arms: For the moves below –  use the resistance bands with handles!

Overhead Press

Horizontal Rear Delt Fly
